ATV Off Road Adventure

Take a journey aboard a well-maintained ATV deep into the Sierra Madre. Pass through Mexican towns, race up remote dirt roads, and plow through water hazards on your way to a swimming hole with a small waterfall where you can refresh yourself. 

You'll be treated to panoramic vistas of the jungle-draped hillsides with a glimpse of Banderas Bay beyond, and pass rivers and valleys before stopping at a lovely riverside restaurant for lunch or drinks (not included), or just to relax by the rivers edge before heading back to the tour office.

This journey has duration of 3 hrs. Leaving from Puerto Vallarta downtown, we go toward the mountains going through different towns until arriving to Vallejo's Mountain, a place of spectacular views and streams  which we cross until arriving at the ranch “Las Pilas” where there is a waterfall and the client can enjoy a refreshing bath or enjoy this natural beauty since it is simply rich in wild flower and fauna.

You'll get wet and dirty on this tour, so be prepared! Photos of you on your ATV will be available for purchase during the tour.

Runs: Twice Daily, 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM  (departure hour may vary due to weather conditions)

• Towel
• Sunblock, Sunglasses and Hat
• Camera - We recommend a waterproof camera.  Look at the photos and you'll see why! 
• Tennis Shoes
• Old Clothes (not new) - You will get dirty!
• We recommend long pants for protection
• Driver's License
• Credit Card (for damage deposit)
• Some cash for tips

Departs From: Kukulcan office in downtown Puerto Vallarta. Directions will be provided with your confirmation.

Itinerary:  We ask you to report to the Kukulcan offices in downtown Puerto Vallarta 15 minutes before it begins.

Kids:  Drivers must be 16 years old and have a valid drivers license.  There is no age limit for shared riders, but we don't recommend the tour for kids under 12 years old. Kids are the same price as adults.

MINI DUNE BUGGIE ADVENTURE

 

Drive your own mini dune buggie through the backroads and river beds of rural Jalisco.  These babies were made for fun.  You will get VERY wet and/or dirty on this tour.  Goggles and Bandanas are provided for dust protection.

The tour heads up the cobblestone streets of downtown Puerto Vallarta into the surrounding hills, passing through small rural towns. Many panoramic views greet us as we begin our adventure. 

Photos of you on your tour will be available for purchase during the tour.

Notes: Each buggie can hold up to 2 people. The buggies have manual transmissions.  Drivers must be able to competently operate a manual stick shift, and be comfortable with a disc brake system which requires you to pump the brakes several times for the vehicle to come to a complete stop.  Due to it's downtown departure location, this tour involves some city driving.  Depending on weather conditions, the tour route may change or have minor variations.

Cancellation policy:

By placing an order you are agreeing to the following Cancellation Policy. Any order booked and subsequently cancelled will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of tour departure are 100% non-refundable. If the total price of your purchase is less than $25 you will only be charged the amount of the activity. This cancellation policy is applicable for each activity, event or tour within a transaction. Any changes to date or time will be accepted with no charge up until 24 hours prior to the tour departure or activity or event scheduled start time. Changes within the 24 hour cutoff must be done by phone and will be subject to availability, if the preferred date or time of the change is not available then the standard cancellation penalty applies.

Any collected cancellation fees will be credited to your customer account and will be available for use on any of our other tours. Re-booking must be done within one year of your cancellation to apply any cancellation credits, unused cancellation fees are non-refundable if not used to re book another of our products within one year.

Cancellation requests must be recieved by email at kukulcan.atv@gmail.com  and confirmed by telephone. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure a reservation is cancelled in time.
